Suchkulisse Randstreifen nach WHG §38a oder DVO §5 in NRW

Darstellung von landwirtschaftlich genutzten Feldblockteilen, die im Nahbereich eines Gewässers liegen und eine durchschnittliche Hangneigung aufweisen, die nach §6 5 Düngeverordnung bzw. §38a Wasserhaushaltsgesetz einer Berücksichtigung unterliegen. Es werden drei Hangneigungsklassen unterschieden: 5 - 10 %, 10 - 15 % und 15 und größer.
