Wohnlagen Wuppertal

Die Polygone der Wuppertaler Wohnlagen bilden den thematischen Layer zur Wohnlagenkarte der Stadt Wuppertal, die nach ihrer erstmaligen Erstellung im Jahr 2016 seit 2018 jährlich vom Gutachterausschuss für Grundstückswerte in der Stadt Wuppertal aktualisiert und beschlossen wird. Die hier aktuell publizierten Abgrenzungen wurden am 20.03.2025 zum Stichtag 01.01.2025 beschlossen. Die Wohnlagenkarte klassifiziert die Wuppertaler Wohnlagen in vier Abstufungen (einfache, mittlere, gute und exklusive Wohnlage) nach dem überwiegenden Charakter eines zusammenhängenden Wohnbereichs. (Die Lagequalität einzelner Grundstücke kann abweichen.) Die jeweils aktuelle Wohnlagenkarte ist eine Grundlage des seit Dezember 2016 vorliegenden qualifizierten Mietspiegels für die Stadt Wuppertal. Der Datensatz der Wohnlagen Wuppertal wird in den Formaten ESRI-Shapefile, KML und GeoJSON unter einer Open-Data-Lizenz (Datenlizenz Deutschland – Namensnennung – Version 2.0) bereitgestellt.
